FTA Negotiations with Central America will begin on November 8 Nine
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) reported that the November 8 start round of negotiations with Central America to achieve a Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Eduardo Ferreyros said that countries which negotiated the agreement to liberalize trade are Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras and Guatemala.
